Fifteen years ago, Dojun’s father-who had been fighting against an unjust dismissal-took his own life amid the indifference of a powerful conglomerate. Before the shock could even fade, his younger sibling vanished without leaving a trace. Faced with successive tragedies, his parents eventually passed away, leaving Dojun completely alone. From the day everything was taken from him, Dojun lived solely for revenge and the truth. Realizing that nothing could be changed unless one stood at the center of power, he endured years of loneliness with a single goal in mind- to become a politician. And at last, on the day he held his diploma in his hands, he made a vow before his parents’ urn. “I’ll find Yuri—no matter what—and bring her back here.” “And those bastards… I’ll make them shed tears of blood.” That night, for the first time, Dojun dreamed of seeing the future. Too vivid to be dismissed as coincidence. And that dream foretold the cruel political path he would be forced to walk.
