Terms of Service

Comicatch finds manga, manhwa and manhua chapters published on third-party websites, organizes them by series, and lets you read them in our reader. Chapter pages and cover images are loaded from those websites when you view them; we don't upload, store or host comic files. We may add, change or remove features, sources or series at any time.

All comics shown through Comicatch, including their titles, artwork, characters, translations, names and logos, are the property of their respective creators, publishers, translators and other rights holders. Comicatch does not claim ownership of any of it and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them or by the websites it indexes. Use of names and images is only to identify and link to the works.

If you are a rights holder and believe something on Comicatch infringes your rights, follow our DMCA policy and we will remove it.

Chapters come from websites we don't control. We don't check, and are not responsible for, their content, accuracy, availability, legality or practices, and a chapter may disappear or change when its source does. Some series contain mature themes; they are labelled by genre where the source provides it, and you choose what to read.

• You can read without an account. An account (by email code, Google or Discord) adds library sync, ratings and comments.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use online services where you live if that is higher.
• Keep access to your email and sign-in providers secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.

You are responsible for what you post. Don't post anything that:

• harasses, threatens or targets others, or is hateful because of who someone is;
• is sexual content involving minors, or otherwise illegal;
• infringes someone else’s rights, including posting or linking to pirated files or full scans;
• is spam, advertising, scams or malicious links;
• spoils a story without using the spoiler option.

You keep ownership of what you post and give us a worldwide, free license to show it on Comicatch for as long as it is up. We may remove posts and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

• Don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its API.
• Don’t scrape or mirror Comicatch at scale, or use it to build a competing service.
• Don’t use Comicatch for anything unlawful where you or we are located.

Comicatch is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will be accurate or available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Comicatch and the people who run it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for anything arising from third-party websites or content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (Comicatch is free, so that is normally zero). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

You can stop using Comicatch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change is significant we'll mention it on the site. Using Comicatch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
