Ministry of Strategy and Finance

I was always a good person. And with a smile on my face, I ran the country into the ground. Wasting a 5,000 trillion won budget to chase approval ratings plunged South Korea into its second IMF crisis. His life as the president who ruined the country over, Lee Seong-jun finds himself 30 years in the past. He returns to find a budget proposal—riddled with dirty tricks, corruption, and blatant self-interest—being pushed through the Ministry of Economy and Finance. 'I have to block all of these budget proposals, even if I'm vilified for it. It's the only way to save this country.' The dirty tricks, political strategies, and media manipulation I learned over 30 years in politics... I will use every last one to become the gatekeeper of the nation's coffers.
