Fifteen years ago, a father fighting against an unfair dismissal took his own life, ignored by a massive conglomerate. Before the shock of his death could even fade, Do-jun’s younger sibling vanished without a trace. Crushed by the weight of these back-to-back tragedies, his parents eventually passed away, leaving Do-jun all alone in the world. From the day he lost everything, Do-jun has lived for only two things: revenge and the truth. Realizing that nothing would ever change unless he stood at the very center of power, he endured years of isolation, fueled by a single goal—to become a politician. And finally, on the day he held his diploma in his hand, he stood before his parents’ ashes and made a vow. “I’m going to find Yuri and bring her back here, no matter what.” “And those bastards… I’m going to make them cry tears of blood.” That night, Do-jun had his first ‘prophetic dream.’ It was a vision far too vivid to be dismissed as mere coincidence. And that dream was a harbinger of the brutal political path that lay ahead of him.
