Dr Shin Seonhan Who Sees The Future

Also known as: Dr.신선한 미래를 보는 의사;

Shin Seonhan graduated from a defunct regional medical school—the kind looked down upon in Korea’s prestige-obsessed medical hierarchy. Against all odds, he passes the competitive examination and becomes an intern at Yeonguk University Hospital, one of the nation’s most prestigious medical institutions. As a regional school graduate, Seonhan faces constant discrimination and dismissal from colleagues who judge him by his educational background rather than his abilities. But one day, everything changes: he begins seeing visions of his patients’ futures. This supernatural ability to glimpse what lies ahead for each patient gives him a unique diagnostic advantage. However, the gift comes with its own burdens—even with the power to foresee outcomes, his grueling intern life remains treacherous. He cannot let his guard down for even a moment as he navigates hospital politics, discrimination, medical emergencies, and the ethical dilemmas that come with knowing futures he may or may not be able to change.
