Haseon is a trauma cleaner with a unique gift: by touching the belongings left behind by the dead, he can read their lingering memories and emotions. He works at "Yihwa"—a specialized keepsake cleaning agency dedicated to uncovering the final, unspoken feelings of the departed and delivering them to families who never knew the truth. One day, Haseon crosses paths with a young woman named So-hee, pulling her back from the brink of taking her own life. Changed by their encounter, So-hee decides to join Yihwa. Together, the two navigate the tragic, beautiful, and deeply hidden lives of the deceased. But as they bring peace to others, the shadows of their own lives begin to surface. Piece by piece, Haseon's own dark, unspeakable past and the hidden truth behind the death of So-hee's older sister are quietly brought to light.
