After suffering a devastating injury, Hyunseong loses all the spirits who had fought alongside him for years. The only ones left are low-ranking spirits with no combat abilities. Forced to retire due to the lingering effects of his injuries, Hyunseong takes the advice of an old friend from his hometown and decides to leave everything behind for a quiet life of farming in the countryside. In a world where monsters have contaminated nature with their corrupt energy, naturally grown food has become virtually inedible. Food is now valued according to how good it tastes, yet even the most expensive, highest-grade ingredients are nothing compared to the food people once enjoyed. But then something strange happens on Hyunseong’s farm. “Why do the crops I grow taste this good?!” The produce harvested from his fields begins to possess the long-lost “true taste” of real food. And just like that, Hyunseong’s peaceful farming life is shattered. From the country’s greatest Hunter and a high-ranking special forces general to a superstar from one of the three biggest entertainment agencies— Powerful national-level figures who fear practically nothing begin flocking to his little farm in the middle of nowhere!
