Kill Sergeant Kim

Lee Yong WooAlso known as: 김상사 죽이기

A war took place in a tropical country, a brutal jungle war. The Korean military sent combat troops, and many soldiers both killed and were killed in the chaos of battle. As time passed, the long war slowly began to draw to an end. Most soldiers returned to their homeland and readjusted to civilian life. But some were different. These were soldiers who had been broken, men who had grown accustomed to slaughter and could no longer live among ordinary people. They gathered in a massive building on the outskirts of the city, reminiscent of Kowloon Walled City, and survived by relying on one another. Around the time the war had just ended, there was a man known as the monster of jungle warfare: Master Sergeant Kim of the 1st Platoon, White Tiger Battalion. For reasons unknown, he assembled his platoon members and led them to the home of Captain Seo, their former company commander. They broke down the door and engaged in a fierce battle. In the end, Captain Seo was kill by Sergeant Kim. Captain Seo’s helpless son, who was hiding inside a wardrobe, could only watch as his father was murdered. Now, twenty years later, Master Sergeant Kim rules over the broken soldiers taking refuge within the Kowloon Walled City. His former platoon members, all elite soldiers, serve as his executives, each holding positions of power. To them, a world without war is dull and meaningless. Then, one day, the boy who once hid in the wardrobe returns. Now a man, he seeks them out with a single, unwavering goal: To kill every person who murdered his father and Master Sergeant Kim himself.
